No, they can't. According to the science of "Can Godzilla exist?" and "Can Jaegers (giant robots from Pacific Rim) exist?" the titans from AoT are not able to survive on Earth due to their giant sizes. Then there's also the science of "common sense" saying that gigantic people taller than buildings cannot exist because they never existed in the first place. The closest things to titans that ever existed were giant human fossils, but even they weren't as big as the titans from AoT.
