Turkey isn't open to anything. Don't believe the propaganda they put out. You do realize they illegally occupy part of Cyprus right? And insist that the EU takes more Syrian migrants? And shoots down planes? And attacks the Kurds? But they're in NATO so they get a free pass for all of this.
