Who's your pick for coach of the year in the NBA?

How many viable candidates do you think should be considered for winning this award?

The Warriors were winning games with and without Kerr, should Steve Kerr be considered a top 3 candidate, when Luke Walton, as an assistant coach, did as good of a job as Kerr done.

Brad Stevens....Celtics are 4th in the East and score the 5th most points among all teams while being in the bottom 3 for Field Goal and 3 point percentage. That's a sign of great coaching.

Terry Stots is doing a fantastic job in Portland too and I would be fine with him winning it aswell but the Blazers atleast have 2 Allstar caliber players in Lillard and McCollum, Boston only has Thomas.

Popovic would probably deserve it every season but he can't win it every season, so my vote would go to Stevens (or Stotts).

I'm going with Brad Stevens because I feel he gets the most out of his team more than any other coach. I think the Spurs and Warriors would still be great teams with different coaches, especially the Warriors but I think Stevens should win

Gregg Popovich. I'm no Spurs fan, but the answer is pretty damn obvious here, isn't it?

Sure, Kerr got the Warriors in a huge record, but Popovich has been keeping his team in the playoffs and way up in the standings for a long time now, he deserves recognition.

Gregg Popovich should be considered every year just out of habit, and he's done a great job adjusting the team to their new roster, but to me the clear choice this year is Brad Stevens and the work he's done with the Celtics.

There are four who stand out: Brad Stevens (Boston), Popovich (San Antonio), Terry Slotts (Portland), and Steve Kerr/Luke Walton should be in the mix. Those are the four who stand out to me.

My vote would go to Terry Slotts. The Blazers lost four starters, picked to be a cellar-dweller and are currently 6th in the West

I have to go with Greg Popovich. With Duncan, Parker and Ginobili aging and seeing much less time, their defense is tops and they still win plenty of games.
