In 3/23/16 broadcast of "Primary Politics" segment on NPR's Fresh Air, what's the name/artist of guitar interlude about 20 mins in?

I *loved* this guitar playing and the transcript of the show does not ID the song. Wrote to the producers of the show and got a form-email back saying that they can't reply to everyone, but I'm hoping that eventually they may respond.

So I'm kind of down to hoping that someone on this board heard the show and recognized the music. It occurs about twenty minutes into the show.

Unfortunately, they've edited the music out of the podcast, but here's the link anyway:

Update:

Stylistically, I'd call it western-swing-almost-not-quite-jazz... really melodic, fluid, great tone... surely one of you guitar geeks knows this one! THANKS... /SM

You should tell us if this is the radio and what city it was broadcast in. You can contact NPR and ask.

if they edited the music out of the streaming version there is no one that can tell you but them.
