How to install an Nvidia driver on an AMD Radeon R4 driver laptop?
I need the latest version, over version 350. As the question says i have an AMD Radeon R4 driver laptop. I would like Nvidia so I can play a game I bought and installed. GTA V. But I cant without Nvidia. Anyone help please?
Ive tried several different Nvidia drivers and none were compatible... is this even possible? Sorry for my ignorance..

oh and im using an 8 gb flash drive as readyboost ( formatted to NTFS) so it's faster and stuff. so that should help with some of the specs id think.
and i realize the specs are not close either but I read of people using low end laptops before with certain graphics mods and settings on the game
i had it running for a while i played for three hours with an average of 30 fps which isnt horrible it was fine but it started to stop responding and I'd have to close it and itd get worse and worse until it would do it on startup.
anyone?
