WHY do people feed the Trolls in the R&S section? I mean, can you NOT plainly see a Troll question, or see them dripping with sarcasm?

Because sometimes non-trolls ask questions that look trollish, but will actually take a valid response. Or, there were a couple times last night that I saw some questions that didn't look very promising, but the actual, legitimate, informative answer was chosen each time. So maybe the trolls won't learn, but someone else might. Or maybe you might even convince a troll for once. In addition, when the trolls respond trollishly to a legitimate answer, it's the trolls that look bad, not the people answering.
A few other possibilities:
A person may not see the sarcasm and think it's legitimate.
A person might not care.
Points.

I agree, in part.
Some trolls think they are clever, and try to post a question that they think we cannot answer. And sometimes I will answer their question to refute there assumption that we cannot answer difficult questions.
Most of the questions that appear are totally stupid. And those questions do not belong here. I wish those questions would be immediately moved. I am not at a level 7, so I can't move questions. But someone should work "clean up."
If stupid questions get ignored and moved, maybe we would see fewer stupid questions?

Some people just need to react, others want the 2 points, some are trolling back. I ignore them usually.

There may be sarcasm, there may be someone who is just thinking about the circumstances of a given situation and believes there are holes in it.
You have every chance to explain to the trolls where they are wrong.

It's like feeding the goats at the petting zoo. We don't respect them, and some of us even think goats are demons, but it's fun to feed them anyway.

The Lord my God has commanded me to not answer fools according to their folly (mistakes, stupidity).
If I did, then one or two things would happen. 1) they would consider themselves wise. and/or 2) I would be like them.
That leaves me two choices. I either ignore them completely, which is what I most often do... or I answer them NOT according to their stupidity (which brings them joy, btw). I risk having them turn and attacking me if I rebuke them. The best thing that comes from it, is that they block me - because fools hate to be corrected, and so they avoid the wise.
It really bothers me when others answer their questions. They give each other reasons to keep trolling.
Christians answering them in any other way than I've mentioned - by rebuking them and correcting them - just aren't doing what they are told. But then... if they don't listen to Jesus... why would they listen to me?

I am guilty of that sometimes too, as are most of us.
Really, nobody should ever reply to anyone wearing the blue face of the troll.
That blue thing is troll all the way, and we should honor it by silence.
