Can you put a box spring on top of another box spring?

Hi there! My fiancé and I are wondering whether we would be able to put a box spring on top of another box spring in a metal bed frame? So it would look like,

Mattress

Box spring

Box spring

Metal bed frame

Possible or no? .

    Yes, it is possible, but you are going to have to put something around them to keep them stacked properly when you and your fiancé get "frisky" in bed. Things tend to slide around.

    Well you could but you may need to fix the two box springs together in some way so as they do not slide or fall
