Easily.
Name the 2nd best shooter in NBA history.. You could say Reggie Miller, Ray Allen, Mark Price, Larry Bird, anybody. Steph Curry has had several seasons better than their greatest year shooting the basketball.

He's on pace for it.
He pretty much has a 2nd MVP award locked up. He plays like this for 3-4 more years with an MVP or 2 after his 2nd one, avoids injuries while getting atleast 1 more ring or 2 with Finals MVPs to go with them, then yes, he could be the greatest jump shooter in NBA history.

Definitely no argument in here. Records shows that this guys is your best shooter ever. He shoots 45% beyond 30 feet and the rest of the NBA shoots a minimal 5%.

Yes. He's third all time in 3 point field goal percentage and second all time in free throw percentage. He has the top 3 seasons in made threes. He can be top 10 in just one more year for career threes made, top 3 in 4 more seasons. He's 23rd currently, but in attempts he's only 38th.
