How can the UK pay for measures to resist climate change?

It may be that costs would be in the region of £100 billion, £200 billion or £300 billion for 25 years

Update:

A commission to establish standards for goods and services for best value and ensure compliance?

Update 2:

A price on carbon for which all revenue is directed to measures to resist climate change and which carries criminal sanctions for non collection or misappropriation.

Update 3:

Special taxes on land and property, valuable possessions, income and investments again carrying criminal sanctions for non collection or misappropriation.

Update 4:

In view of the fact that non compliance or non disclosure of assets is a crime against humanity the full resources of the undercover services will be used.

Don't fall for the lies. There is nothing wrong with the climate or weather, it's just an excuse to kill jobs, and the economy for government control reasons.
