Tank mates for white cloud minnows?

I m upgrading my white cloud mountain minnow school (of five) from my nano take set up to a 10 gallons. The ten gallon is going to not be planted yet but will be in the future. The minnows are about fully grown at about an inch and a half (and where about two cm when I first got them). Since the tank is still relatively small i m not sure if I should keep it a species only tank or not.

    Species only for 10 gallons. I'd get more white clouds. Maybe just 3 more, though.
