This puppy needs to be with its litter for another 4-8 weeks before you even take it home. Then you do not go off of your property (except to the vets office) until the puppy has completed it's series of three puppy vaccinations/boosters.

I had all my dogs shots at 8 weeks old except rabies ( She was too young for rabies at that time ) and right after that I started taking her out in public. Dog parks, walks, etc.
