    Ways to lower blood pressure without medication:

    Diet! Eat lots of FIBER and try and stay away from high sodium foods! Some individuals are salt sensitive. Just eat healthy in general.

    Exercise is also a great way to reduce BP. A simple 30 minute walk is effective.

    Cut out smoking and caffeine!

    Drink lots of water.

    Manage stress. Stress can cause blood pressure to fluctuate.

    By Yoga like lomb anulomb breathing exercise Blood pressure can be brought to lower level. Also to keep control over sugar and salt , avoiding non vegetables and fast food we can bring our blood pressure at moderate level without medicines

    If you know the cause of your high blood pressure then it is possible to lower it like by having cats, try to not get angry easily, watch out for your salt intake and always exercise

    Yoga relaxation postures!! Learn to relax and slow breathing which will lower heart rate too.

    drink water, cut back on caffeine, add alkalizing foods to your diet, stay hydrated, (cant stress that enough) cut back on carbs, and that sodium myth is stupid. my dad cut salt completely and still had HBP. once he cut the carbs and alkalized his diet his pressure got kinda normal but hes back in the hospital as i type this. poor guy
