I want to talk to my parents about my problems, but they're already busy..?
Ok, well, I'm having some bad personal issues and I think I need some help/someone to talk to, but I don't want to tell my parents, because they're already worrying about so much, like my brother in rehab, and my dog that needs surgery (she might not make it) and I feel selfish for feeling the way I do. These issues are seriously causing me a lot of stress and pain, but I don't even know if I should tell them. So, should I? If yes, how? Thanks in advance.
