Does waist training really work ?

Some women use it to get a shape like Kim Kardashian. What are some good waist trainers to try that will actually work ? Thanks in advance.

Whatever products they use and show images of are for commercial purposes for profit. Nothing they do is freely done. Plastic surgery is a way of life, but truth in advertising is not. It doesn't matter that people spend money on their endorsed or partially owned products. The goal is earning more for self and family businesses. From my pocket to theirs, no money will go. At Sears, Ulta, websites, etc., I wouldn't spend a penny nor believe I could achieve a similar figure by natura means or by virtue of an OTC device such as a strong corset. Pushing internal organs inward into a smaller space in an uncomfortable, restrictive manner surely cannot be healthy.
