Best exercises to get small legs?
I need to slim down my thighs and calves. I do have arthritis in one of my knees. Any suggestions to help me reach my goal and not tear up my knee more?

Walk, walk, walk. I also have arthritis and a bad knee, but I walk as much as 20 miles some days. You have to build up to that of course, and you also need to wear good shoes. But walking is good. You could also swim if you have access to a pool and know how to swim.

You could do some running on a treadmill. It's the most effective way to slim down your thighs and calves.
