The gop says that men will pretend to be women to enter the woman's room to rape, there have been a few case over the decade's of men pretended to be women to film women (that's not right, but it's also not a widespread problem over the decade's to deny the innocent), these men looked like men in a dresses, nor were they transexauls, they were criminals performing criminal acts that were ALREADY illegal, new laws WILL NOT change that, CRIMINALS do not obey laws

The gop also fails to agknolege FEMALE sexaul preditors on the sex ofenders websites, which are considered to be high risk repeat offenders, these people are are using public restrooms, I'd be more concerned about them than the transgender community.

If safety is the real concern in these laws, then you start with those that have proven themselves to be a danger, these bathroom bills do not do that, these laws are not being recommended by studies, public health authorities, or law enforcement, they are coming from politicians looking to extend the culture wars in this country..

These bathroom bills will also force trans men into the womens rooms beard and all, now if a cisgender man wants to enter the women's restroom all he needs to do is dress as a man and say he's trans, no need to pretend to be a woman.

As you can see these restrooms bills are not about safety, in fact they make what the gop fears even more likely to happen, it is about dehumanize the transgender community because the right lost the same sex marriage battle, the timing of these bathroom bills is proof of that alone.

They think their law is an impenetrable shield, in which pedophiles can't go into the ladies' room. They think their law is somehow full proof defense of illegal activity in bathrooms. This argument, has gotten to the point it barely even relates to the trans people anymore, it's just, they don't like trans people. There should literally be no other reason; valid reason.

Truth is I don't know what to believe, but one thing I know for certain is that I will accompany my grandkids in the bathroom from now on. Its scary to think my grandsons will see woman squatting over a urinal because a stall isn't available. Its not natural. If you have a penis you are a man, If you have a Virgina you are a women. Transsexual people have been medically transitioning, and using public bathrooms, for more than 65 years.

In all that time it's never been an issue.
