How tp use a double lefr turn lane?

I'm a bit of a new driver and I don't know how to use a left turn lane that has 2 lanes

    You turn from the lane you are on to the corresponding lane on the next street. If you are in the RIGHT hand lane, you turn onto the RIGHT hand lane of the next street. If you are in the LEFT lane, you turn onto the LEFT lane of the next street. DO NOT switch lanes while in mid turn.

    Use the leftmost lane unless it is full or you intend to turn right soon after the left turn.

    Pick the one closest to you. It helps if you read your driver's education manual.
