Some men are born with low sperm or poor sperm production, which can result in infertility. Some women are born with a disease or problem with their fallopian tubes, which can result in infertility.

A friend's daughter was born intersexed, with some sexual characteristics of both genders. Genetic testing revealed that she was female, so she had corrective surgery and was raised female. She's now happily married, but she won't be able to have children because of the abnormalities present at birth.
