    If it's illegal where you are, then it's illegal to buy, weather that is online or not! Plus it'll also be found in the post anyway and then you'll have police knocking on your door, do you want to have a criminal record?

    Depends on the country or state where you live and if the seller is also in that state, it depends on your local laws.
