If Trump won, would BOB people who voted for Trump claim Bernie could have won?

    Probably, though Bernie or Bust people I know aren't voting for Trump, but rather abstaining from the presidential portion of the ballot, writing Bernie in, or voting Jill Stein of the Green Party.

    The primary claim currently is that he polls better against Trump than Hillary, which is rather true and a big hit to the argument that Hillary is the more electable of two. Also important is a recent poll that was released which shows 58% of Americans support Bernie's (or similar) "Medicare for All" single-payer system.

    Well, he *does* poll better against the orange freak than Hillary does.
