Sanders supporters. Could you explain why the Democratic Party should allow outsiders determine its nominees with more open primaries?

Everyone is free to join the Democratic Party but I do not want Republicans and independents picking my party's nominee. If you want to do that register as a Democrat. In the future, I will never vote for any candidate who hires Jeff Weaver, the Sanders' campaign manager.

If you don't like the rules, then petition to have them changed. But the party accepted Sanders as a candidate, they have open primaries. Don't blame Sanders for how the program was set up. By the way, those same people can vote for Clinton. In fact, it's likely the republicans would do just that because Clinton will be easier for Trump to beat.

What you should really be asking is who the hell changed a bunch of lifelong democrats registration to suddenly be republican. The only ones who would have that information is the DNC - they could go in and change registration of delegates. The only way Hillary can win is by the DNC cheating.

    Why doesn't that bother you?

You shouldn't discriminate against people based solely on what political party they are. You should vote for the issues and the person, not the party. JS
