Under Your belief, does a person that never got caught for the evil things he did ever pay the "Justice" price?

Meaning a person that lies, cheats, steels, or commits even more deplorable crimes such as rape, murder or is a pedophile but never gets caught. Say Karma doesn't catch up with him. Does this person pay the penalty for his actions especially if he is not sorry at all and dies with no consequences.?

    Yes he stands before God and God knows us better than we know ourselves. All our deeds will be known and we will be judged.

    Yes. I believe in God and an afterlife. We will all face judgment after we die and receive our just rewards and punishments.
