Nothing is wrong with answering his question but make sure it goes no further than that. You shouldn't say you find him attractive just say yes, you're attractive thats why you aren't single.

He asked you, so yes you can be honest. But I would hold back on saying stuff like "hell yes your attractive" because it might make his gf uncomfortable. I think to say stuff like he's out of his gf's league is rude.
