Are writing challenges not allowed in the Books & Authors forum?

Can they be allowed in any other forums?

    Spec Tac,

    The format of this website is questions and answers. Actual writing sites such as Figment and Wattpad allow for writing challenges in their forums.

    The forum here is for questions only.

    Challenges are something posted on writing sites.
