Normal, it isn't what adults view it as, the humping pillow thing is actually common, the touching oneself is a good time to explain the difference between what is acceptable in private verse public.

A few times, my sister, who is 11 years younger than I, I saw her doing what 'looked like' humping a bouncy ball. I was so confused so I watched her to see what she was doing. She was about 4. She stopped after a few seconds and then started playing with the ball like normal. I never told my parents, cus that's awkward. So after the first time I saw it, I saw her doing it about every 3 days after that. I think that they discover it on accident, and then they continue to do it because it is new and they are curious. It was so weird for me because I never thought about a 4 year old girl being sexual or in a sexual way, so it REALLY freaked my 15 year old self out. Eventually she stopped, so I forgot about it, until I saw your question. I would say you should monitor it, and if she does it too much, then have a talk with her. She doesn't have a bad, or nasty, intent. Hope this helps!
