Can a Republican judge be fair when I work to defeat Republicans?
Trump says he is building a wall. So, a judge of Mexican descent should not be on his case even though that judge's father was in the U.S. before Trump's mother was. So, I should be able to keep all Republican judges off any case involving me. Right?

Trump wants a Judge that he can bribe and bully. The Judge in his case is a very tough and honest. He stood up to the Mexican drug cartel who put a price on his head. I think he can handle one bully with small hands.

Seriously - you do understand that this judge, in particular, is a member of Lawyers for La Raza and the Never Trump campaign. So you tell me - do you think he can be trusted to render a neutral judgement? Nobody is suggesting that he should step down from the bench, or that he is incapable of issuing a neutral verdict under different circumstances. This case, in particular, is a conflict of interest.

If the judge is part of a #NEVERFRANK campaign...is part of a racist organization that stands against your beliefs, and you are running for public office, and that same judge is in a position of influence in that campaign in which he opposes you...then that judge cannot be impartial

Any judge can have a bias.
