Paul wrote most of the Christian Greek Scriptures 14 books Romans to Hebrews. Matthew, Mark, Luke and John each wrote the Gospels. Luke wrote Acts. John also wrote 1;2&3 John and Revelation. Jesus brothers Jude and James wrote the books of their names and Peter wrote 1&2 Peter.

What is written is enough for Christians to gain comfort from. Theres enough to understand Jesus and the early Christians and how we should act to be Christlike and to avoid any pitfalls and spiritual dangers.

Romans 15:4 For all the things that were written beforehand were written for our instruction so that through endurance and through the comfort from the Scriptures we might have hope.

John 21:24 There are also, in fact, many other things that Jesus did, which if ever they were written in full details, I suppose the WORLD itself could not contain the scrolls written

"Christians, we got 13 apostles & lots of deciples, sending letters till they die, why are the epistles in the new testament just a handful?"

Its a bronze-age cult book. A mythical, fictional text. Stop wiping peanut butter all over yourself and wringing your hands about it. It's unproven, cultist, fictional BULLSIHT.

The simple answer is: only those letters were preserved.

That is: any other letters have been lost.

There are even other letters mentioned in the Bible itself - but we simply don't have copies of those letters. Presumably the recipients read them and then discarded them, OR perhaps they were saved by the recipients but later destroyed or discarded or deteriorated without first being copied and widely disseminated.

The only reason we have the letters that we *do* have is because they were saved and copied and widely disseminated. Obviously that did not happen to all of the other apostolic letters that existed.

Judas can't be counted. James was executed shortly after Christ's death.

The Epistles that were included in the Bible had been used for teaching for many years before the Bible was officially canonized. Those were believed to have been divinely inspired.

You may read the purported works of others. They are no good. Whether there were 12 apostles is unsettled. Yiu must not read the New Teatament as a newspaper or documentary or a chronicle of events. That way leads to nonsense.

Only 12 apostles, don't count in judas.

Pre canonization requirements of the 73 books of the holy scriptures: The catholic church search, gather, edit and canonized the bible. Some of the gathered materials did not met the strict requirements.

That is all that was needed. And there were 12 apostles as the one they elected after Judas was not condoned by God. Paul was the 12th after Judas' death.

Because they have been inspired to be part of the canonicity of the Bible...

"For you know this first, that no prophecy of Scripture springs from any private interpretation. 21 For prophecy was at no time brought by man’s will, but men spoke from God as they were moved by holy spirit" (2 Peter 1:20,21. Bible).

Someone who was over seer of the creation of the Universe, making of suns, planets and all the amazing creatures you see on earth. I feel certain he could collect or cause humans to collect what he wanted one book to say. A true reflection of their time and history that is more accurate. So the bible says what God wants them to say. www.jw.org

Because they were the only ones inspired by God.
