Can anyone who s worked at Old Navy answer some questions from a new sales associate?

I just started working at ON last week and I feel like I m not very good at the job but I want to be. I have a really hard time doing runs from the dressing room cause I don t know the store that well and it s too far of a commute for me to hang out there when I m not working. I also have a couple of questions, like how can I get more hours cause I m only scheduled to work 4 hours next week even though my schedule is completely open and I really need to be saving money right now for college. Also, does anyone know what managers mean when they ask you for "iPod backup"? My manger asked me to do iPod backup over the walkie yesterday and I literally just didn t respond cause I have no idea what that means. Thanks for trying to help!
