On Twitter, how do i HIDE my tweets from a specific person, without hiding them from everybody else?
No, i m not talking about blocking. Regarding ppl who aren t my followers, there s a privacy option were u can "hide" ur tweets and they can only see them if u were to approve of them and follow back.
Can this option apply to a certain account (1) instead of everybody who doesn t follow me?

I do not think that is possible unless you specifically block that 1 account. I have been a Twitter user for a few years now and I have found it difficult to allow certain accounts from not being blocked. Be careful who you follow, since many accounts are spider bots and will give you a lot of accounts following you that are not necessarily good.
