Recruiting sites?

I am working as an intern for a company while study abroad in Japan Instead of hiring a hiring company my boss wants me to hire people in the tokyo area for his restaurant and he is looking for managers. Are there any sites that are free that will help me find people he can hire?

    try posting on Craiglist if that's available. you can post help wanted labels on the site and what you're looking for in requirements.

    i know careerbuilder and monster.com can do similar options, but i don't know if it's free. take a look.
