Losing weight at the gym ?
So I recently joined the gym as I am finally wanting to do something about my weight and feel better in myself but I have a few questions.
1. How long is a good time to spend at the gym
2. What is best to do to lose weight cardio or weights. Or both
3 how many time and day / week should I visit the gym
4. What sort of food should I be getting I have £40 budget for 2 weeks
Any other advice would be appreciated too. Thank you

gym should be once a day, no more than 4 days a week (you want a gym day, then a rest day) the time in the gym is really up to you, maybe an hour and a half something like that. If weight loss is your goal weights wont do you any good, just focus on cardio

1. 30-60 minutes daily.
2. Both
3. once a day, 5-6 days a week
4. As healthy as you can. Least amount of processed crap possible.
