Tell the court that they no longer live there.

As the other posters have said, contact the court that sent the letter and tell them.

But.... ALSO go to the local police or sheriffs station, and speak to a supervisor in their fugitive apprehension unit if they have one, or just a line supervisor if they don't. Make sure that THEY know, and that the file is updated.

WAY too many people are woken up at 2am by flash-bang grenades flying through their broken windows and combat-clad cops kicking down their doors and dragging them out of bed looking for prior tenants for this to be something you take lightly.

Of course, you could hope to get lucky and make millions..... http://thefreethoughtproject.com/cops-wrongfully-r...

Send a letter back, you are not the person listed, that person no longer resides at this address.

Contact the court and tell them that the old tenant does not live there anymore.

if you know where that person is then tell them.

Why are you asking here? Contact the Court and say he is no longer there.

Reply to the letter and tell them the tenant has moved out and you do not know where he went
