My are my bug bites turning red?

One day, I had these pretty big bites (mosquito's maybe) and I just decided to not scratch. However, day by day the swelling reduced, but they're now dark red.

I swear i'm not scratching, I wear long sleeves to ignore it.

    Take an antihistamine pill and it will help.
