Given enough time, hydrogen starts to wonder what it is, and where it came from. Any spiritual response would be great.?

Yes, it took 13 billion year for primeval hydrogen to be fused into heavier elements in the core of stars that went supernova, eventually condensing in a 3rd generation solar system 4.5 billion years ago, that lead to us.

The real neat thing is that it could have also happened elsewhere in the universe.

That said, another question you failed to cover is "where it is going?"

That one also has some significance.

Hydrogen powers rockets and automobiles. It knows where it is going.

Hydrogen is spiritual. Even if Deuterium denies it The Big Bang itself has imprinted on the isotopes the idea of God. One day tritium will lead them back to the Singularity.

    Nope.

Actually, it happens to be a highly volatile material that reacts quickly with itself and other elements.

I'm sure it came from a Chinese mustard Aardvark's fart bomb.
