My cat has tapeworms and hasn't eaten in two days?

My cat has had tapeworms for a will say maybe 5 days since I noticed the first worm! That day I checked her stool and didn't find any but maybe they were covered well in between the litter, checked again the morning after and again nothing to the eye so I thought it was a false alarm! Well she had gradually decreased eating until yesterday her first full day without food, she's been puking since the day before yesterday also and again didn't think much of it because she gets hair balls every now and then but it escalated! I bought her her fave pâtés yesterday to see if she'd eat but nothing, tried again today in the AM and still nothing! I checked her barely stool today and it was covered with tapeworms, also a barf in the AM had tapeworms and a little blood!

Tomorrow I will be taking her to the vet! Any advice until then? I have 50 and fear the ER will be more than that, any advice up until then?!?! We have also gotten rid of the fleas!

I don't understand your problem. Take a stool sample to your vet and get some droncit and the worms will be gone. Tapeworms develop from fleas.

Keep her quiet and have water down for her as throwing up may mean that she is dehydrated. Get the medicine into her as soon as possible as tape worms can cause a lot of damage.

As for how she's acting, she seems very sleepy today! Only up to drink water and the litter then right back to sleep, be become anxious and trying to take a breath but now I'm reading pages that say more than a couple days can be serious
