Why do I constantly feel that feeling that it feels like rocks are in your throat?

Update:

When I get really sad, I feel this. But lately, I have been feeling it without explanation, like my heart jumped into my throat, or there are rocks in my throat.

There could be a variety of things that could be happening from feeling like there are rocks in your throat. Often times, people might feel this way if there is phylum stuck in their throat. But, if you are more specific understanding it would probably be easier. (Ie. It's super hard, it makes breathing hard, it's small etc...) But, I'll list a few common things it could be. It might also be a symptom of Gerd that people often overlook. Sometimes, food just gets stuck in your throat or the inside of your throat might be dry. You should try to drink some water and see if you feel different after that.

I lot of people seem to get dry mouth when experiencing stress and it sounds like yours also produces a dry, scratchy throat. It's psychosomatic, so it you can try to regain your composure you can talk yourself out of that feeling as well. The mind is a crazy thing.
