Do u have the Right to Know if a Drug / Alcohol Test is Random?

An employer must inform new hires of drug testing policies during the interview process. All employees must be informed if the policy is instituted afterward. If you work for a company that uses random drug testing, you'll know it.

The only random testing I know of that comes without any forewarning is a DUI test on the highway.

You have the right to refuse. Unless you are compelled by a court order, or you are driving a motor vehicle, you can refuse the test. They'll rant and rave, but the law is on your side.

The fact they do Random testing you do.

But as for randomly testing you.It is called random for a reason.
