I've only lost 5lbs in 3 weeks?
Ok, please help because I don't want to get discouraged. The only reason I went 3 weeks is because I'm a woman and didn't want to weigh myself during a certain time and wanted to give myself a week to recover.
I'm 5'3, now 150lbs. I drink well over my body weight in water, weight lifting-yoga-hiit- and the occasional 3 mile walk once a week. Not all of those happen in the same week but I workout at least 4x weekly. Eat clean, track and eat roughly 1250ish-1500ish, I never eat the same amount everyday and also do IF.
I do notice in my pictures I'm smaller, notice muscle tone and my clothes fight way different but is 5 lbs in 3 weeks really enough for what I'm doing?
Thank you guys in advance

Many women make the mistake of thinking that 'Weight lifting' will cause 'muscle' weight gain and avoid it. Big mistake. Women don't really have the genics to gain much muscle, and that they do takes a lot of effort. Nothing like weight lifting for firming up the body.
My suggestion is cut back on foods with added sugars, and simple carbs. If low calorie veggies your portions can be extremely large with little impact. NOT so with calorie dense breads and sweets. Even eating lean meats will not cause you to gain weight like sweets.
I would increase your workouts to 5 or 6 days a week.

It's absolutely normal, don't push yourself too hard! Hard work will forever pay off! Just keep on! I'll be sure you can lose even more weight! A little goes a long way! Good luck!

Weight lifting' causes a person to gain 'muscle' weight. Stop the weight lifting. Cut back on your food portions and do NOT eat food after 6pm.....only drink water.
