iPhone says Verifcation Required?

Hi! So recently I used my dads credit card to get some stuff for this app. So, the next day when I went to download a different free app, it said Verifcafion Required and when I clicked "Ok" in red it said "There's a billing problem with a previous purchase, please update your payment method" I don't want to ask my dad for his credit card again to make it stop because then he'll think I'm gonna buy something else. It won't give the option to say "None". It won't even let me update my apps and they are starting to glitch out! Please help!
