i went out with my friends to the woods for a little bit today. i wore a short sleeve shirt and shorts and after an hour, we got back to the car and i noticed 3 tiny ticks crawling on my legs. i immediately took them off and started panicking. then, about 20 minute later i see a big tick crawling on my sock. i flicked it off and start getting really worried. i did a tick check when i got home, and didn’t find any. however my friend who didn’t go to the woods found a tick on him possibly from me or my bag. i feel really itchy and paranoid. i already thoroughly showered and did 2 tick checks but i’m really nervous that i missed one and keep itching. is there anything simple i can do to ensure that there are no more ticks on me? ticks are one of my biggest fears and i won’t be able to sleep tonight honestly.

I feel completely drained. For the past 3 months I ve been having really bad anxiety. It sometimes occurs over simple things aswell, like last night I heard ringing in my ears and it wouldn t stop, and I started freaking out about it and crying and I couldn t breathe. It s getting to the point where I don t want to do this anymore. I sometimes get these horrible homicidal thoughts and it scares me so much. I feel like I have so much mental issues and I feel not normal. It might be my anxiety speaking but I don t know. Today I didn t even want to go to school because I was shaken up from last night. I m on medication but it has a very short life span (0.5mg of Xanax). The ringing in my ears has affected me ever since my childhood, but I haven t really been anxious about it until now. My mood changes from "feeling better" to "feeling horrible" instantly sometimes. It s currently 11:09PM and I don t even want to go to sleep due to the ringing often occuring during silence. I really don t want to deal with this anymore, and I feel like I have no purpose in life. I don t do anything, life is boring for me, I barely hangout with friends and it s just appointments almost every week. Any advice??

im 167 pounds and 5'6 im really fat and ugly and I hate myself, globs of fat hang from my chin and lines are forming from me having double chins so much, and im only 13 years old. before you yell at me and say that young people like me don't have any problems, then you're wrong. ive been through hell and back between anxiety, depression, insecurities and a **** ton of different meds, i just don't have the urge to live anymore, there's no other guys who live by me that i could date either.

I m going to a party tomorrow and I ve been recently put on concerta, xanax, and Paxil. And I know there will be some weed and cigarettes there. Will I have any side effects while on the medication and me smoking weed/cigarettes? I usually take the concerta and Paxil earlier in the morning when I wake up (8:00-10:00AM) and the party starts at 6:00PM, will I be ok?

ive been feeling very insecure this past year. and right now im feeling it more than ever. im 13. and im overweight. im about 170 pounds and i look really ugly and fat. i want a boyfriend so bad, because im gay, and im looking at all these guys, and they're all so gorgeous and skinny, and then there's me, i just want to be loved by someone and that's never gonna happen because of the way I look. i also barely have any friends i can trust. i feel like if i had a boyfriend all of this wouldn't matter anymore. but that probably won't happen. please help before i do something i regret :(

Hi! So basically based on the title you know I have social anxiety, I go outside often but not as often if that makes sense. Last year really sucked at school, my anxiety made me not wanna go because I'm scared of having anxiety and I can't get through the day , I just don't want to get through it. I got classified as a school refuser and got signed up with PINS, but that case closed since its summer , school is starting next week and I don't want it to be repeat of last year. Please help! I'm also on 100mg of Zoloft, I've been on it for only A week , I've been increasing my dosage but I don't see a difference. Please right anything that'll help me get through the day please!

Hi! So recently I used my dads credit card to get some stuff for this app. So, the next day when I went to download a different free app, it said Verifcafion Required and when I clicked "Ok" in red it said "There's a billing problem with a previous purchase, please update your payment method" I don't want to ask my dad for his credit card again to make it stop because then he'll think I'm gonna buy something else. It won't give the option to say "None". It won't even let me update my apps and they are starting to glitch out! Please help!

Hi! So I've always envied my dad since I was little, and now it's getting to the point that I don't even want to talk to him anymore. One time, I was playing with my friend on ps4, and he starts yelling at me to get off and go to bed. I'm 14, and I think I know what time I need to go to bed and get rest. And since I'm respectful, I said "1 more round" then he said, "No." Then he starts disrespecting me, yes I know I'm the son but he still disrespected me. By turning off the ps4 in the middle of a round. Also, one time I had a meeting that I was having anxiety about going to, so we got in the car and drove there, but I didn't want to get out of the car, and I wanted to go home so I was like "take me home" and he said no. So I started pretending to make Knicks in his car windows then he slapped me across the face. I started crying and he called me an "pussy" and an "asshole" He also complains so much that it makes me tensed and stress, I've never met anyone who complained so much. I really don't know what to do. Please help. He's done more then this. Also, after he slapped me, we got in a big fight, not physical. So I went and my room and I cut myself because of him.

Hi! So tonight I decided to play some ps4 with 2 of my friends so I decided to play GTA, and I made a party so we can talk. My friend said that when I talk the mic was lagging. I also, kept leaving the party randomly? Like I didn't even mean to leave it it just made me leave automatically, also, I was playing heist (a game on GTA) with my friends and It made me leave when I didn't?? Hi! This has been a problem all my life but right now it's really starting to bother me. About last week, I was about to log into my Netflix account but I must have forgot the password. Since my dad is the holder of the Netflix account I asked him what the password was and he said he didn't know. So I told him that he has a confirmation email for the account to change the password, so he has to go into his email account to change the password. Then he says, I'll do it later. 5 hours later I ask him and he says "Oh, it uses too much data on your phone to watch Netflix" and I said, then I'll watch it on my laptop, then he makes up another excuse saying "Oh it won't work my credit card stopped working" meanwhile he went shopping later that day? Ok so, I have this friend of mine that literally copies everything that I do and we've been friends since kindergarden and right now I'm in 7th grade. It all started in 5th grade when I decided I wanted to make an Instagram account so I did and told her about it, and she made one. Then, she starts copying me about me liking anime, she said she disliked anime, and now all the sudden she likes it? I also told her about how I like POCKY and now she eats it all the time and rubs it in my face once she buys a box. She also copies the way I type and text. Also, I started aesthetically posting on Instagram with really nice photos and now she's copying me with that too! She also copies this band I like called twenty one pilots and im about done. I confronted her about it and she says she didn't copy me which is completely a lie. Please help!!!

I literally feel horrible right now psychically. I feel super duper nauseous and my stomachs bothering me tons. I also have a horrible migraine and I feel so week and just horrible. Can someone please tell me if I have a fever or something and if I do what should I drink and eat? Please help!
