fat and ugly to th me point I want to die?

im 167 pounds and 5'6 im really fat and ugly and I hate myself, globs of fat hang from my chin and lines are forming from me having double chins so much, and im only 13 years old. before you yell at me and say that young people like me don't have any problems, then you're wrong. ive been through hell and back between anxiety, depression, insecurities and a **** ton of different meds, i just don't have the urge to live anymore, there's no other guys who live by me that i could date either.

if there is then they are major douche bags, and i wouldn't be able to attract them to me anyways. along with my depression I don't even have the energy to lose this weight. and I get uglier and uglier by the

Day. i can't even take a good picture of myself without me attempting about 10000 times. i haven't taken a good picture of myself since last year. when i was skinnier. please help me lose weight. and get more attractive. because i need to, otherwise it'll drag me

Till my death.

    I was fat as a teenager but now I'm in great shape. You know what I did? I got off my fat behind & exercised. I stopped eating junky food & started eating a balanced diet. I quit sitting around watching TV & started doing physical activities. I started roller skating, riding my bike, playing sports, I even used to sneak away & dance to 80s music (although I had to hide doing that to avoid embarrassment) and that was the best way to lose weight. If you must watch TV, do it while moving. Get enough sleep, drink lots of water, discipline yourself & only eat junk food occasionally.

    It's normal to feel depressed at your age because your body is going through so many hormonal changes, but you have to stay active & creative in order to defeat depression.

    The only thing that will help you work past this is to exercise and diet. When I was 13 I was fatter than you are and probably about as depressed. That depression will only keep you doing the unhealthy things that make you overweight. Make a few changes to your lifestyle and you will see the weight start to gradually come back and some of your self confidence will return. Being overweight is a horrible cycle, but the only way out is to make a few lifestyle changes.

    The worst thing for someone to do is pity themselves. If you want to change, you have to change some things in your life. When people want to lose weight, they change their diet, they exercise, they make an effort. You can't just sit there and say "Oh poor me" and just leave it at that. I know it's hard and it takes a lot of motivation but you're looking at the situation in the wrong way. Get motivated, change your lifestyle, and work hard. That's what anybody needs to do when they want to accomplish something. Get out there and do what you have to do instead of just sitting around being sad. Good luck.
