Need help with consecutive integers!!! Please help!?

Please Help! I’m having trouble with this question on my homework assignment.

“The sum of three consecutive odd integers is 18 more than four times the smallest integer”

    Consecutive odd: x , x+2 , x+4

    x +x+2 +x+4 = 4x +18

    3x +6 = 4x + 18

    -12 = x

    Since that is even, no answer.

    let them be x-1,x,x+1

    Sum = 3x

    smallest = x-1

    So 3x = 4(x-1)

    3x = 4x - 4

    4 = x

    So the integers 3, 4, 5
