Whats up with creepy witch stuff in asia?

Most of their movies or whatever involves little asian girls and a witch with long black hair and creepy stuff... Is there like a story behind asias whole witch thing???

    No, it has to do with their urban legends and ghost stories and given that the Asian counties and civilizations have been around for thousands of years, there's A LOT.
