Why did good only choose the Jews to be his Chosen People ?

    If you read the first book of the old Testament it explains everything quite clearly, the jews are the descendants of Abraham to whom God made a promise that he will make a nation from him because Abraham loved God and feared him unlike the rest of the people. So God made a nation from Abraham's line and he was their God. See how much the faith of one man can accomplish.

    If you understood what 'chosen' meant in this context, you wouldn't need to ask. All it really meant is that he supposedly chose them to be the people who would be the source of the messiah. You can only have one messiah, so only one group of people can be the messiah's ancestors.
