Why are so many prominent Republicans skipping the convention? Why are Trump's speakers bailing on him?

Because any Republican who shows up know they could face defeat if they are running in November. Nobody wants to be associated with Trump. He's not a real Republican and he's toxic

Look at Trump's record of political donations over the years. The top single recipient of his money was NY liberal Charles Rangel. The 4th biggest recipient is Harry Reid. He has donated over $120,000 to the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee, he only gave $30,000 total to the Republican Senatorial Campaign Committee

Everyone knows he's not a real Republican and only started pretending to be a Republican in about 2012. His donations, his political friends before this campaign, etc show he's not a real Republican and the party cannot support him

He's the Manchurian candidate

The establishment makes up like 20+% of the GOP now and their little rule change to keep Trump out, failed. I don't care if RINOs don't want to participate. They are part of the problem, not the answer.

They don't want backlash. from others.

It seems everyone think Donald Trump is the KKK.

And no one wants to affiliate with the KKK.

The establishment does not want him to tear them down.

Trump is very unpopular with the Establishment, which is why he is so popular with the people.
