What's the best was to make a car FAIL the smog test?
I want to retire the car and get the state to buy it but it has to fail the test first. It barely passed last time and so I want to find a way to push it over the edge. It cannot be something obvious either.

Punch a hole in a vacuum line, re-gap a spark plug to almost closed, cut an oxygen senor wire and splice the sheath back together instead of the conductor.
