When is cellulitis supposed to stop hurting?

I ve had cellulitis for 10 days now, treating with antibiotics since Monday. The pain went away, but now it s back, and there s a scab and still a bit of redness and peeling. Does this sound normal, or bad? I have to pay a $20 copay every doctor visit, so I don t want to go unless this sounds like something to be very concerned about. Is it getting better, or not?
