I think you're confused, Hillary had nothing to do with the DNC email hacking. In fact out of nineteen thousand emails they could only find ten that said that some workers had a preference and one where a state guy wanted to know if Bernie was Jewish or atheist because that might be used against him. Nothing was done, no actions were taken against Bernie, and no rules were changed from the time he joined to make it more difficult for him.

And the fingerprints on the hack showed that it was the Russians who were responsible. They even used a Cyrillic keyboard.
