Why are some Bernie Sanders supporters trying to cheapen his character?
This really bugs me.
During his campaign, he stated, many times, that he would never let fear force him to announce his support for anyone or anything he didn't actually believe in. Yet, now people are trying to say that he was threatened in order to force him to give Hillary support.
These are the same people who stood behind him and believed in everything he said, but now, they are saying he is doing the same thing that people attacked Hillary for doing.
Basically, if Bernie Sanders was threatened into saying he supported Hillary, then it looks worse on him than it does her, because it means his entire campaign was a lie.
So, what gives? Are these guys turning on him, or are they just looking for ways to manufacture controversy?

Oh for krisssake...... Bernie's a politician, and there is some reality thinking in any politician. Bernie went into the campaign with NO hope of winning. But what he did was imprint a bunch of his more liberal ideas on the Democratic platform.
Bernie's fine - Hillary's fine - we're all fine. Life will go on.
The MOST important thing is that a piece of dog sh*t republican doesn't get near the White House again.
