How come we never see any American CEO's replaced with cheaper salaried Chinese CEO's?

Update:

There are plenty of American businesses that have sent out jobs over there but they're headquartered are still here.

    what you have seen is American companies selling parts of their operations to Chinese companies -- so, for the employees of those outfits, their America CEO was replaced by a cheaper Chinese CEO
